Peter Kolb has been working as a technical and management consultant in IT related businesses for more than 25 years. Since 2006 he offers consulting services as the CEO of Red-Expel Ltd.
Peter Kolb studied electrical engineering at the Technical University of Munich, he holds a PhD in control engineering / software engineering from ETH Zurich. At the business school IMD Lausanne he finalized an MBA training.
From 1999 to 2002 he worked with an electric automation company and established and managed an international process and technology consulting team with 80 researchers located in the USA, Europe and Asia.
As a professor for Software Engineering at University of Applied Science in Zurich and lecturer at ETH Zurich, Peter Kolb maintains permanent connection to universities. Thereby, companies always receive latest scientific results and methods in the practice.
Since 2000, Peter Kolb has been supporting senior managers, product managers, R&D and IT heads, and quality managers. The consulting projects comprise the topics of strategy and business development, quality management and efficiency improvement, innovation and technology management.
Dr. Dario Martin Nordio is a senior consultant, project leader, software engineer and researcher in Computer Science with both profound theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Software Development and all aspects of associated management.
He is training, consulting and supporting clients in software engineering processes, software architecture, API design, requirements engineering and quality management at both technical and management level. Software engineering within large internationally distributed organizations is one of his specialties on which he’s holding a hands-on lecture at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ).
Dario received his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2009 from ETHZ. After his postdoctoral work associated with Hanoi University of Technology (Vietnam), Wuhan University (China), Politecnico di Milano (Italy), and ETHZ he was promoted Lecturer at the Chair of Software Engineering at ETHZ in 2012. Throughout his entire career he has always been working in full- and part-time assignments in the private industry, as a software engineering specialist, technical leader, software architect and developer.
Dario’s in-depth technical expertise and long year experience in managerial aspects of geographically distributed software development, as well as his empathy and down-to-earth manner make him an exceptional trainer and an asset for every project and organization which can make use of his exceptional capabilities..
Robert de La Roche is a senior process consultant in systems and software development. He has been working many years in supporting organizations in setting up their process and quality systems. Robert is an expert in running change projects in organizations to achieve operational process excellence.
Robert studied Electrical Engineering at the Ecoled’Ingénieurs du Canton de Neuchâtel and has a profound background as development and process engineer in the world of IT, real-time, electronics as well as electrical devices. During his career he deepened his knowledge in quality management, certification and auditing.
Robert has also a long track record as teacher, trainer and coach. With his strong pedagogic skills he manages to prepare teams for an improved behavior in a changed process world.

Dai Meghji is a company manager and development head for geographically distributed software projects. With his profound experience of Swiss and Indian engineering practice over several decades, he has led many projects to overall success.
Dai holds a Master Degree from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ). He always managed to keep track with the latest software technologies, and is often the front-runner in bringing these technologies to business in successful client solutions.
Through his long term technical and managerial experience, Dai became an absolute expert in translating end-user requirements with his motivated development team into customer satisfactory software products.
Through his many year’s sustainable contributions, Dai is familiar with the challenges in many application domains such as industrial automation, electronic healthcare and financial management.
Our India team located in Pune comes into the picture during the implementation phase. Our software specialists have more than a decade of experience working on Microsoft platform (DOT Net, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio) developing desktop and web applications (ASP.Net Web Forms and MVC). Since 2015 we have implemented projects with Angular.
Our India team is guided by Dai Meghji and Dr. Dario Nordio who are based in Switzerland. They also coordinate with our Swiss clients.
